NHRCAUK is a self-regulated body operated by a pool of HR experts from different geographic locations to establish the standard of HR professionals. NHRCAUK plays a vital role to set the code and standard for institutes to operate all HR courses by maintaining a global standard to ensure the standardization of HR expertise across the globe.

NHRCAUK entail accreditation support to the Institutes and their HR courses along with membership support for HR professionals [conferred by renowned HR institutes] to ensure a standard of HR practices.

Ernesto G. Espinosa is a Diplomate in People Management (DPM), the highest rank bestowed to HR practitioners in the country by People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). He is fondly called Ernie and prefers not to be called Mr. Ernie, Sir Ernie, Mr. E, Sir E or Ka Ernie. Ernie was PMAP President in 2002 and PMAP’s People Manager of the Year in 2006. He has an illustrious, unparalleled HR career. He was a Past President for two terms of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) (15-member countries in the Asia Pacific Region), the only Filipino to hold such position.

He was also a Past President of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) (65-member countries in the world), the only Filipino and 2nd Asian to hold such position.

Ernie has co-authored two business books, Organization and Management, and The Moving Train: Integrating Strategy, Organization and People.

He likewise received two awards from his Alma Mater, University of Santo Tomas College of Commerce: Most Outstanding Alumnus in the field of HR in 2007, and One of 75 Outstanding Alumni in the 75-Year (Diamond Jubilee) history of the said college in 2008.
